Read what's included below. No matter what your event is, we promise it will be spectacular.

 

Booking

When Inquiry, please note we will respond no later than 24 hours of inquiry date. Our venue books out 3- 6 months ahead, we shy away from a year booking request unless it is a wedding date.  When booking each client must sign and READ the contract. The 50% deposit is non-refundable under no circumstances will that change. You have a year to rebook your date, 3-6 months ahead from the cancellation date. All specials ran will need to be paid in full unless stated otherwise, All information will be posted when needed. All bookings must be paid deposit in 24 hours time of booking and reminder must be paid 30 days before event.  If you are looking to book less than 30 days, the event must be paid in full.

Furniture

We have limited tables and chairs available for your special day.

These items are limited to 10 (6 ft) rectangular tables. 22 folding chairs and 18 bar stools.

The above mentioned furniture is all we provide to our guest and we are not responsible for providing more for any event. The renter is allowed to outsource any furniture needed to create their perfect day. Please discuss with us about the delivery and pick up for your rentals. Please note if we have events the following day, you will need to take all belongings out the venue.

Bar Service​

We are able to provide both a cash bar and open bar option for each event that takes place in our venue.

Our cash bar is a standard rate of $100 set up fee, which includes bartender  The open bar option is based upon the amount of guest, but starts at 25+ per person, 2 hour minimum. The smallest package is $14 a person with only beer and wine. Please email for other alcoholic beverage questions. Absolutely no outside private bartender, our venue provides all bar service, additional services do cost. For example, speciality cocktails and menu.

  Capacity​

Our venue can accommodate small gatherings of 30-50 people or larger ceremonies to a max of 100 guest.

Amount of guest depending on venue set up, we want all guest to be comfortable.

Food ​

Our venue allows outside food and non alcoholic beverages. We have a list of great food options from you to

choose from to help add final touches to your day.

NON SMOKING VENUE

The venue is not a venue you are able to have marijuana or tobacco smoking of any kind. A $250.00 will be permitted to the renter. If you would like to rent hookah you must advise owner and we will provide hookah at a cost per hookah. 

Parking 

The Vessel Roc, has wheelchair accessible parking and unlimited parking for yourself and your guest.
